For sellers · Atlanta & surrounding metro Atlanta
Sell with a launch,
not a listing.
Prepared. Previewed. Seen by the right buyers.
The NRG Listing Launch
Five steps. One standard.
01
Strategy first
It starts with a Next Chapter Strategy™ conversation. Is selling the right move, and what comes after it?
02
Market ready
A pricing plan, a short list of changes worth making, a complimentary consult with our designer or stager, and our trusted vendors.
03
Interest before launch
A Coming Soon campaign, professional photo and video, a website made for your home, and a sign buyers can text for instant details.
04
Launch
Targeted social and video, our agent network, email, and neighborhood mail. Your home, in front of the right buyers.
05
Negotiate and close
Interest becomes leverage. Our team negotiates for your price and terms, with an update every week until closing.
Reach
Homes worth watching.
Our video tours are made to be seen, and they are. The right buyers notice a home long before the first showing.
A relisted home
One past result. Every home and market is different, and past results don't guarantee future outcomes.
In our clients' words
"My house was under contract...with back up offers!."
"Under contract in just 8 days on that same home, during a much slower market!"
"They made it as painless as possible."
Seller questions
Answers, simplified.
Is now a good time to sell?
It depends on your next move more than the market. We look at what you'd sell for, what you'd buy or rent next, and what your current rate is worth to you, then advise you with candor on whether selling makes sense now, later, or not at all.
How do you price my home?
From recent comparable sales, current competition, and your home itself: its condition, updates, and layout. We walk you through the numbers before anything goes live.
Is the Zestimate accurate?
It's a starting point. It can't see your updates, your condition, or what's happening on your street this month, which is why our market proposal is built from real comparable sales and a visit to your home.
Should I take the first offer?
Sometimes. The goal is the strongest price and terms, not the fastest yes. We compare every offer on price, financing, timing, and risk, and help you decide.
What do I need to disclose?
Georgia sellers commonly complete a Seller's Property Disclosure Statement, and homes built before 1978 need a lead-based paint disclosure. We'll walk you through it. When in doubt, disclose.
What happens after we're under contract?
Most Georgia contracts include a due diligence period for inspections, then financing and appraisal steps if the buyer has them. Our transaction team tracks every deadline and keeps you updated weekly.
Your market proposal
What could your home do in today's market?
Tell us about your home. Our team will prepare a custom market proposal and follow up personally.
